My professional experience with health and wellness with certifications in wellness coaching, yoga teacher training and licensing as a massage therapist, along with my personal journey of coping with a chronic disease and my own experience navigating through midlife, will help me help you to work towards sustaining your wellbeing through my organized and fully-present approach.
