I assist you to grow and learn in health and wellness behaviors offering additional support for your mind & body using relaxation techniques in my coaching program.
I teach in a fun, relaxing way prioritizing yourself for an hour in my virtual yoga class.
I intuitively find areas of tension and use many massage techniques learned over the years to help you find relief from pain by listening to my client’s needs.
